Your Role: Collaborate with our Event Manager to plan and execute events. Help in developing an event calendar with exciting new concepts. Assist our Sales Manager in brainstorming strategies to increase event bookings. Create new and innovative ways to promote events to the outside world. Act as an Event Manager at Fosbury & Sons events. Monitor and manage event costs and budgets. Serve as the first point of contact for event inquiries. Assist in improving the overall organization and structure of events. Maintain close contact with our kitchen and staff to ensure smooth event execution. This exclusive haven is located in the fully renovated historic Prinsengracht hospital, which has been meticulously transformed into a high-end members club. Within this stunning venue, the restaurant serves as the soul of the establishment, offering a luxurious menu for breakfast, lunch, and, upon request, private dinners. The kitchen, a chef's dream, is brand new and spacious, designed to accommodate banqueting, à la carte dining, and other large events. This is a full-time position, demanding 40 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00. While the role is primarily weekday-based, the chef will occasionally be required to work weekends for special events, depending on client requests.
