Ondernemend ingesteld, met een sterk gevoel voor eigenaarschap en de drive om kansen te zien én te benutten. Sterk in zowel de dagelijkse operatie als de commerciële en financiële kant van de business. Krijgt energie van bouwen: een nieuw team samenstellen, een sterke cultuur neerzetten en een nieuwe vestiging vanaf de basis laten groeien. Minimaal 3–5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen hospitality, bij voorkeur binnen een high-volume horecaconcept. Wat ga je doen? Als General Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor jouw vestiging en zorg jij ervoor dat Cannibale Royale ook in Utrecht een begrip wordt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Leiding nemen over de opening, opbouw en verdere groei van onze nieuwe vestiging in Utrecht. Bouwen aan een sterk managementteam en medewerkers coachen, inspireren en ontwikkelen. Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de dagelijkse operatie, gastbeleving en kwaliteit. Sturen op omzet, kosten, personeelsplanning en commerciële doelstellingen. Nauw samenwerken met het hoofdkantoor en de Cannibale Royale-visie vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk op jouw locatie. Processen, procedures en werkwijzen continu verbeteren en optimaliseren. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor onboarding, training en verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Toezien op HACCP, veiligheid en onze hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden. Commerciële kansen herkennen en actief bijdragen aan de groei en het succes van de vestiging. Wat bieden wij jou? (Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus, but not a must.) You're reliable and take ownership, you deliver what you commit to, on time, without needing to be chased. You're highly organized and a strong self-manager. You can plan shoots and edits in a way that delivers value for multiple stakeholders. You live and breathe social: always tuned into trends, culture, and what people are talking about online. You can quickly notice trends and opportunities and see how Breeze can play into them in a natural and brand-native way. You’re creatively resourceful, full of ideas, and love brainstorming new concepts that stand out. You’re not afraid to experiment with new tech or AI tools to enhance creativity and output. You’re a team player who works well with marketers, product folks, and creators alike, communicating clearly and always following through. You have an affinity for data: you know the key metrics, keep an eye on how your content performs, and use those insights to make your next piece even better. Fluent English speaker (native level). Dutch language skills are preferred but not required.
