People & Culture Manager

We have both eyes open looking out for a trinity of care, drive and magic: a People and Culture Manager who can shepherd our growing flock to glory every morning. You’ll keep the WINK culture as real as it gets by: Upholding the agency’s core values: our ‘variables’ and practically instilling them into our work. Finding everyday ways to make everyone feel real good – creatively elevating the agency’s internal culture and employee experience in tandem with our office manager; Acting as the agency’s manager of human resources, including all HR and personnel related tasks not limited to: administration, personal development planning, policy, regulation compliance, sick/holiday leave management, training, ESG compliance and more. While we’re looking for out-of-the-box people, there’s a just few boxes we need you to tick: You have 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably at a creative agency; You are fluent in both Dutch and English; You’re empathetic and back it up with an assertive confidence; You’re adept at taking on daily challenges that require a deeply personal, insightful touch.
