Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty role is a hands-on position that involves overseeing various aspects of guest experience, team management, F&B, and P&L. You will foster trust, communicate openly, and promote sustainability while finding creative solutions. Leading by example, you'll embody the company's culture and values, guiding and coaching the team to develop their skills. You’ll assist with onboarding new employees, ensure safety and security, and analyze P&L to create actionable plans. You’ll also take charge in one of the following areas: F&B, P&L, process, or employee management. Above all, you'll be present on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting your team during shifts.We are looking for a motivated, emotionally intelligent individual with strong decision-making and coaching skills. You should have a natural passion for hospitality, a knack for storytelling in F&B, and relevant experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities will also include serving guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and contributing ideas to elevate our F&B and brand offerings. Flexibility with shifts, fluency in English, and a passion for sustainability are essential, as is legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands. You can apply through our website.
