The Mogra Collective is expanding into the Netherlands, and we are looking for someone special to join us in this next chapter.
Who we are looking for:
A freelance biz-savvy soul based in Amsterdam or Utrecht, with a passion for weddings, events, storytelling, and all things beautifully curated. You’re organized, charming in emails, great with people, and genuinely excited by people, design, culture, and excited about expanding a 8 year old boutique brand in NL.
What the role involves:
• Building a strong client portfolio, Client communication & relationship building
•Light business development—scouting venue partners, florists, planners, and creative collaborators
•Keeping an ear to the ground for opportunities, partnerships, and projects that align with our tone and vision
•This is not an execution-heavy or event-day support role—it’s about presence, communication, and growth
Structure & Perks:
•Freelance / flexible role
•Monthly retainer + project-based bonuses
•Fixed BD allowance for coffee meetings, networking, and relationship-building
•Ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, PR, experiential marketing, or weddings/events.
•Fluent in Dutch & English preferred.
