CrowdBuilding seeks a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This hands-on role is vital in accelerating our growth across multiple channels. You'll develop and execute creative campaigns, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Analyzing data, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing user acquisition funnels will be key to reducing CPA. Collaboration with product, sales, and support teams ensures cohesive strategies. You'll manage budgets, provide performance reports, and use marketing automation tools to enhance effectiveness. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
