Program & Production Manager

This role involves overseeing the seamless operation of both company and foundation activities, as well as managing our academy programs. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic start-up environment. We are seeking a highly driven individual who thrives in fast-paced settings, excels at multitasking, and can manage both hands-on tasks and strategic planning. Tech-savviness is a plus, with experience in using tools like AI, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp for efficient work. You will be responsible for managing the office, team, and partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations. This includes organizing meetings, managing office supplies, and fostering team well-being. You’ll maintain documentation, handle communications, onboard new team members, and support budget management efforts. On the academy side, you will ensure programs run smoothly and are structured for maximum impact. You'll work closely with academy coaches, managing content, logistics, venues, and equipment for training sessions. Ensuring high-quality service, hospitality, and a positive experience for both faculty and participants is key. You will also handle post-training follow-up, distribute resources, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Your role involves creating an exceptional educational environment that aligns with our values of sustainability and creativity. You’ll oversee customer experience from onboarding to follow-up, manage communications with participants and faculty, and coordinate with vendors, ensuring programs run smoothly and on budget.
