Store-manager

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for running the Baskèts location in the Jordaan on Elandsgracht, which includes both the clothing store and the sneaker store next door.

You have extensive knowledge of the labels we curate, but more importantly, you know exactly how to style our visitors with products from our collection. Additionally, you excel at building and maintaining relationships. Your advice and social skills allow you to turn visitors into loyal customers.

Beyond being a sales expert, you hold final responsibility for visual merchandising, maintaining a clean store, processing incoming deliveries & stock transfers, organizing the stockroom, and leading & coaching sales assistants. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You will be supported by one or two experienced retail assistants. It is your responsibility to help them excel and grow into performance-driven retail professionals. To achieve this, you will be backed by our head office (10 FTE), including a central warehouse (3 FTE), with whom you will be in daily contact.

Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years old

• At least 4 years of experience in retail

• Living in or near Amsterdam

• Available for at least 32 hours per week
